A Tactical Christmas Tale

A Tactical Christmas Tale

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the gear,
Not a gadget was stirring, not a flashlight to fear.
The holsters were mounted on the walls with care,
In hopes that a mission would soon take them there.

The boots were all polished, their soles shining bright,
Ready to step out at the first sign of light.
The radio was silent, no calls through the air,
Just the hum of the winter and the cold in the air.

But then, through the trees, there arose such a sound,
A soft, steady thumping, the kind that’s profound.
It was Santa, no doubt, in his sleigh on the move,
But this year, his ride had some tactical groove.

With a kit full of gadgets and gear fit to go,
Santa had upgraded—he was ready for snow.
His sleigh was now armored, his reindeer in stride,
And his list was more tactical than a combat guide.

"Ho-ho-ho!" Santa chuckled, a wink in his eye,
"It's a tactical Christmas, my friends, so let’s fly!"
With a flick of his wrist and a nudge to the lead,
His sleigh took off, cutting through the cold winter's speed.

Down chimneys he slid, with gadgets galore,
Leaving tactical gifts that were built to endure.
From combat boots to flashlights that burn,
Santa was gearing up for every return.

So this Christmas, remember, it's not just the cheer,
It’s the gear that keeps you safe throughout the year.
Merry Christmas to all, and to all, gear on tight,
For a tactical Christmas is the best kind of night.
