The TRU-SPEC X-TREME Combat Shirt is a piece of tactical clothing designed to be worn in combat or other high-intensity activities.  The Cordura nylon fabric is known for its abrasion and tear resistance, while the cotton provides breathability and comfort.

The shirt features a quarter-zip front that allows for easy ventilation and temperature regulation, as well as a mandarin collar that can be worn up or down for added protection. The sleeves are designed to accommodate elbow pads and feature adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop closures to provide a secure fit. The shoulders also have hook-and-loop panels for attaching patches or insignia.
